Food ingredients that are usually preserved by sweetening are vegetables and fruits. Food sweetening technique is a technique of preserving food with the help of sugar. Before entering the sweetening process, the food is dried first. In addition to sugar, the sweetening process can also be done with the help of honey, syrup, or molasses.
