BAHAN

200 grams Mamaco Crystal

15 egg yolks

3 egg whites

15 grams of SP

230 grams of Sugar

180 grams of Wheat Flour

30 gram Milk Powder

2 tbsp Chocolate Paste

CARA MEMBUAT

(1) Melt the Mamaco Cyrstal then set aside.

(2) Preheat the Oven.

(3) Beat sugar, eggs, and SP using a mixer, beat until fluffy.

(4) Enter the sifted flour and milk powder then stir the dough using a spatula until all the dough is evenly mixed.

(5) Enter the melted mamaco crystal into the dough then mix again using a spatula until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

(6) Take some of the dough and mix it with the chocolate paste by stirring using a spatula until the dough and chocolate paste are evenly mixed.

(7) Prepare a baking sheet, grease the inside of the pan with Mamaco Crystal.

(8) Pour the white batter and chocolate batter alternately into the pan until the pan is completely filled.

(9) Put the dough in the oven at 170 C for 30 minutes.

(10) Lift / remove the cake that is cooked, remove the cake from the pan then let it cool.

(11) Add toppings according to your creations then serve the marble cake.
