CARA MEMBUAT
SPAGHETTI
- Saute the onions and garlic, add the beef, stir-fry until it changes color, add the water, then the bolognese sauce, tomato sauce, oregano, rosemary, salt, sugar and stock powder, mix well, until the meat is soft.
- Cook the bolognaise sauce, add the sausage and mix well
- Add the spaghetti, stir until the sauce and spaghetti are evenly mixed, let stand
BECHAMEL SAUCE
- Heat the Mamaco then add the flour and stir well
- Then add full cream milk, stir well
- Then add the cheese, stir briefly, add the seasoning, stir until the sauce thickens
- Then add the button mushrooms, mix well, set aside
- Bake for 20 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius just use the top flame
Finishing
- Put the spaghetti into the mold (¾) then coat the top with bechamel sauce until evenly covered
- Prepare the oven, Bake until the top (bechamel sauce) has started to turn golden brown
- Oven for approximately 20 minutes at 175 c with top heat / torch
- Lift and serve
