Spicy Tomato Sauce Fried Dumplings

BAHAN

FRIED SIOMAY WITH SPICY TOMATO SAUCE

Material :

  • Fried Siomay Ardena
  • Cooking oil MAMACO

Sauce Ingredients

  • 150 gram tomatoes (chopped)
  • 100 large red chilies (chops)
  • 50 gr cayenne pepper (chop)
  • 150 gr shallots (chopped)
  • 75 grams of granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame
  • 500 ml water
  • 200 grams of honey
  • 2 tbsp sago tani flour

  • 500 ml water
  • 200 grams of honey
  • 2 tbsp sago tani flour

CARA MEMBUAT

How to make :

  • Heat MAMACO coconut cooking oil.
  • Add the ARDENA dumplings, fry the dumplings until golden yellow.
  • lift and set aside.

How to Make Sauce:

  1. Heat the oil MAMACO,then saute the shallots,cayenne pepper,until fragrant add water then stir well.
  2. Add sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, stir until the ingredients are mixed.
  3. After boiling, stir the mixture of sago flour and water until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove and serve with fried dumplings from ARDENNA.
