Chicken Roll Spring Roll

BAHAN

  • 17 spring roll skins
  • 250 gr chicken thigh fillet
  • 80 gr wortel
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp powdered chicken stock
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Mix flour and water for glue
  • 500 ml Mamaco oil
  • 17 spring roll skins
  • 250 gr chicken thigh fillet

  • Mix flour and water for glue
  • 500 ml Mamaco oil

CARA MEMBUAT

  • Add the chicken fillet, carrot, onion, egg and seasoning to the blender until everything is mixed and smooth
  • Take a piece of spring roll skin, add 1 tablespoon of the filling and spread evenly in the middle
  • Fold the skin right and left, roll it up and add glue as adhesive.
  • Heat Mamaco oil, fry spring rolls until golden brown.
  • Remove and drain. Ready to serve
