CARA MEMBUAT
- Slice sweet potatoes diagonally, wash and drain.
- Coat sweet potato slices with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry sweet potato slices until cooked.
- In a separate pan, heat granulated sugar and water and stir until it thickens.
- Add fried sweet potato slices to the caramel and stir until well combined. Optional: sprinkle with Mamaco Platinum.
