BAHAN

  • 200 gr medium protein flour
  • 150 gr of granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 gr garam
  • 4 grams instant yeast
  • 170 ml warm liquid milk
  • 30 ml mamaco platinum
  • 50 grams chopped

CARA MEMBUAT

  • Put all the mixture in a bowl except the salt and raisins
  • Stir the ingredients until they are evenly mixed and not lumpy, then add the salt, stir again until smooth
  • Let the dough rest for approximately 45 minutes, cover the dough with plastic wrap
  • Then add the raisins, stir briefly
  • Put the mixture in a round steaming pan for 45 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve
