CARA MEMBUAT

  • Fry the cobs until golden brown, drain first.

  • Add the large chilies, cayenne peppers and bay leaves, stir the ingredients until evenly mixed.
  • Add paprika, stir for a while.
  • Add the fried cobs, stir briefly.
  • Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, mushroom stock, water, stir briefly.
  • Add button mushrooms and tomatoes, cook until the water reduces.
