Tahu Walik

BAHAN

  • 20 pieces of tofu pong
  • Contents:
  • 250 grams of finely ground chicken
  • 80 grams of tapioca flour
  • 2 stalks of scallion puree
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom broth
  • 1 egg egg
  • Mamaco Coconut cooking Oil

CARA MEMBUAT

  1. Mix the chicken with tapioca flour, garlic, finely chopped scallions, salt, ground pepper & mushroom broth mix well
  2. Chop the tofu and then
  3. Heat the oil, take the tofu then fill with the stuffing & fry in oil hot
  4. Fry until crispy on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Once cooked, drain and serve
