Steamed Chocolate Cake

BAHAN

Ingredients A :

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder

  • 180 grams Sugar

  • 5 grams Emulsifier

  • 110 grams Low Protein Wheat Flour

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder

  • 110 grams Mamaco Platinum

  • 90 grams Dark Chocolate

  • 1 tsp Salt

CARA MEMBUAT

Method:

  • Steam dark chocolate, Mamaco Platinum, and salt until melted and well mixed. Set aside first.

  • Prepare a bowl and mixer, then beat until fluffy eggs, sugar, emulsifier, and vanilla powder.

  • Turn off the mixer, then add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into the dough. Mix the dough again using low speed until all ingredients are well mixed. To more evenly distribute the dough mixture, after the process of beating with a mixer, fold the dough using a spatula.

  • Next, pour the melted chocolate (a mixture of dark chocolate, Mamaco Platinum, and salt) into the mixture. Use a spatula to stir the mixture again until the mixture and melted chocolate are evenly mixed.

  • Prepare a baking sheet and pour the mixture into the pan. Steam the dough until cooked.

  • Remove the cooked cake from the steamer, then let it cool before decorating it according to your creations.
