Sausage Boat

BAHAN

  • Mamaco Platinum
  • 6 pieces of sausage (diced)
  • Dumpling skin to taste
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 2 scallions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 clovesOnions White (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Mushroom Broth
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 5 tbsp Wheat Flour
  • Mineral water to taste
  • Mamaco Platinum

CARA MEMBUAT

  1. Prepare a bowl, add all ingredients except spring roll skin and Mamaco Platinum. Then stir the mixture until it is evenly mixed.
  2. Shape the dumpling skin into a boat (how to form a boat is in the video) then fill the wonton skin with the sausage mixture.
  3. Heat Mamaco Platinum then fry the mixture until cooked.
