CARA MEMBUAT
- Heat Mamaco Platinum
- Puree the ground spices then add Mamaco platinum oil and stir fry until fragrant
- Add the meat which has been sliced, stir-fry until evenly distributed
- Add coriander powder, ground pepper, brown sugar, tamarind water, stir until smooth.
- Add a little water, stir again until the water shrinks, check the taste.
- Serve with fried onions and garnish.
