CARA MEMBUAT
How to make:
(1) Boil green chilies, green chilies, green tomatoes, shallots and garlic for about 5 minutes, then drain.
(2) Heat Mamaco Platinum, fry the anchovies until golden brown. Remove and set aside the fried anchovies.
(3) Puree the ingredients that have been boiled, add the candlenut, and ginger and lime juice.
(4) Heat Mamaco Platinum, stir-fry the petai until wilted then add the mashed spices. Stir-fry until evenly distributed.
(5) Add powdered mushroom broth, coriander powder, sugar, and salt and stir-fry until cooked and adjust the taste according to your taste.
(6) Enter the fried anchovies, stir briefly.
(7) Serve.
