CARA MEMBUAT
How to make:
(1) Prepare a container and add shrimp, salt, sugar, ground pepper. Mix well the ingredients in the container
(2) Beat 2 eggs and then pour into a container with shrimp. Stir until the prawns are well mixed with the eggs
(3) Prepare a plate and mix low protein flour, Corn Flour, Rice Flour and Baking Powder
(4) Coat the egg-coated shrimp with flour
(5) Heat enough Mamaco Platinum and fry the prawns that have been coated in flour until cooked
(6) Drain and set aside the cooked prawns
FINISHING PROCESS :
(1) Heat enough Mamaco Platinum
(2) Enter the Onion and Garlic, stir-fry until fragrant. Add red chilies and sauté again. Add Mushroom Broth, Salt, and Shallots then stir-fry until the ingredients are well blended
(3) Enter the Shrimp that has been fried in the first process, then mix all the ingredients until well mixed and perfectly cooked
(4) Prepare a serving plate then serve the Salt and Chili Shrimp
