Ebi Rice Flour Cake Recipe

BAHAN

Material A:

100 gr Rice Flour

25 gr Sago Flour

65 ml Thick Coconut Milk

300 ml Water

½ tsp Salt

½ tsp Sugar

Material B:

20 gr rice flour

65 ml Thick Coconut Milk

60 ml Water

¼ tsp Salt

SPRINGING INGREDIENTS:

100 gr Mamaco Crystal for sauteing

100 gr Ebi Crystal of the Sea (soak then roast and grind)

1 stalk of celery (chopped)

1 red chili (cut in half)

2 cloves of garlic (chopped)

1 tsp Sugar

CARA MEMBUAT

How to Make:

(1) Heat the steamer and prepare the tray mold. Lightly brush the surface of the tray with mamaco crystal. Set aside first

(2) Sauté the garlic, chili, Ebi, and Enter the Celery, stir until all sugar is mixed well. Set aside

(3) In a bowl, mix all ingredients A until completely mixed and there are no lumps

(4) Pour batter A into the tray mold to height. Steam the cake for about 10 minutes on medium heat

(5) Mix ingredients B in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Pour batter B until full.

(6) Steam again for 20 minutes until cooked. Remove and let the cake cool

(7) Sprinkle Ebi on the cake, garnish and then serve
