CARA MEMBUAT
- Enter the mushrooms, carrots then flour, eggs, scallions stir until blended
- Add garlic, red, pepper, sugar, powdered broth, water, stir until it becomes a dough, let it rest for a while
- Heat the oil then the ote-ote mold, put the batter with the prawns on it, fry until golden brown. Drain
- Ote-ote is ready to serve
