Ote-Ote Udang Jamur

BAHAN

  • 150 gr medium size prawns, wash clean
  • 200 gr wheat flour
  • 100 gr rice flour
  • 30 gr ear mushrooms (soaked and sliced)
  • 1 carrot (roughly grated)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • Enough water
  • Mamaco platinum

CARA MEMBUAT

  1. Enter the mushrooms, carrots then flour, eggs, scallions stir until blended
  2. Add garlic, red, pepper, sugar, powdered broth, water, stir until it becomes a dough, let it rest for a while
  3. Heat the oil then the ote-ote mold, put the batter with the prawns on it, fry until golden brown. Drain
  4. Ote-ote is ready to serve
