CARA MEMBUAT
- Heat the Mamaco oil, fry the salam nuggets until golden brown. Flip back and forth so that they cook evenly.
- Once cooked, make the sauce. Heat the mamaco oil, saute the garlic until fragrant. Add the wheat flour and stir until smooth.
- Pour in the lemon juice, stir well. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well.
- Add a pinch of oregano, mix well.
