Mango Pancakes

BAHAN

Material;

  • 50 gr high protein wheat flour 30 gr
  • cornstarch
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 4 g salt
  • 1 tbsp refined sugar
  • 160 ml mango flavoring
  • 80 ml liquid milk
  • enough yellow coloring to taste a drop

Filling;

  • 100 gr whipped cream
  • ¼ tsp extra vanilla
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1-2 sweet fragrant mangoes
  • 2-3 parts

CARA MEMBUAT

  1. In a container, add liquid milk, eggs, salt, sugar, stir until evenly mixed. Add the flour, vanilla, mamaco oil, stir again.
  2. Drop in yellow coloring, mix well
  3. Strain the mixture so that it doesn't have lumps.
  4. Bake in a Teflon pan
  5. Whipped cream flour mixer
  6. Cut the mango according to taste
  7. Prepare pancake skin + whipped cream + mango
  8. Fold like an envelope, do this until the dough is finished
  9. Put it in the refrigerator and serve
