Mamaco's Yummy Donuts

BAHAN

  • 1000 grams Mamaco Crystal for frying
  • 80 grams Mamaco Crystal for dough
  • 400 grams of High Protein Wheat Flour
  • 100 grams of Low Protein Wheat Flour
  • 80 grams of granulated sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white
  • 75 ml Liquid Milk
  • 150 ml Cold Water (Ice Water)
  • 10 grams of Instant Yeast
  • 15 grams of Powdered Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 5 grams of Salt
  • 1000 grams Mamaco Crystal for frying
  • 80 grams Mamaco Crystal for dough
  • 400 grams of High Protein Wheat Flour
  • 100 grams of Low Protein Wheat Flour
  • 80 grams of granulated sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white
  • 75 ml Liquid Milk
  • 150 ml Cold Water (Ice Water)
  • 10 grams of Instant Yeast
  • 15 grams of Powdered Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 5 grams of Salt

CARA MEMBUAT

Add all dry ingredients (High Protein Wheat Flour, Low Protein Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Instant Yeast) and eggs then mix until well blended.

Add the liquid milk and cold water gradually then stir (knead) until well blended and the sugar dissolves (1/2 times).

Enter 80 grams of Mamaco Crystal and Salt and stir until the dough becomes smooth. Then round the dough that has been smooth.

Put the dough in a closed container then let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Exhale the gas in the dough then roll the dough and print the dough as desired.

Leave the dough that has been printed for about 1 hour in a tightly closed state until the dough has doubled in size from the initial size.

Heat 1000 grams (1Kg) of Mamaco Crystal using medium heat then fry the dough donuts that have expanded with hot oil until cooked.

Drain the fried donuts, wait until cool then add toppings according to your creations.
