CARA MEMBUAT
- Steam or boil diced peeled potatoes. Drain and mash until smooth while still hot. Mix with a little margarine. set aside.
- Boil the macaroni until al dente and boil the broccoli briefly, just enough for it to be half cooked. Drain well. Chop the rest of the filling ingredients, set aside.
- To make the sauce, melt the margarine, sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant and wilted, add the sliced sausages. Sauté until the sausage is cooked.
- Pour full cream milk along with all the other spices. Cook until boiling. Taste test and remove if it starts to thicken.
- Prepare a heat-resistant container, spread the mashed potatoes evenly, pour enough sauce. Arrange macaroni, broccoli, cheese and celery. Pour with the remaining sauce.
- Add some cheese topping.
- Steam or grill until done.
