CARA MEMBUAT
- Preparation :
- Roast Peanuts then puree
- Heat Mamaco Crystal until it melts
Combine flour, nuts, sugar, salt, and powdered milk then stir until smooth.
Pour in the mamaco crystal little by little and stir until smooth until a dough can be formed.
Cover the dough with plastic and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a thickness of about 1cm then print the dough according to your creation.
Prepare a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper then arrange the dough molds into the pan.
Grease the top of the dough mold with a mixture of egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of mamaco crystal then add a sprinkling of mashed nuts as a topping.
Put it in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius and bake for about 20 minutes.
Remove the cooked peanut cookies from the oven and serve.
