CARA MEMBUAT
(1) Heat the steamer over medium heat
(2) Mix eggs, sugar, and sp until fluffy
(3) Add the sifted flour on low speed
(4) Enter the SKM and coconut milk and mix until smooth
(5) Enter the mamaco crystal mixer until smooth, add the pandan paste and mix well
(6) Pour into the tin and steam until cooked, about 35 minutes
(7) Refrigerate the cooked cake
How to make an enten:
Cook the sugar, salt, water and pandan leaves until it boils and the sugar dissolves then add the coconut, stir until the water shrinks and the sugar absorbs, cook until cooked
How to make buttercream:
Mixer on high speed white butter until fluffy then add melted chocolate and SKM and mix until smooth
Finishing:
(1) Cut the cake into 3 parts
(2) Grease each part with butter cream and enten then cover all parts with buttercream
(3) Sprinkle all parts with desiccated coconut until all parts of the cake are covered
(4) Decorate according to taste, serve
