CARA MEMBUAT
- mix all the ingredients stir well over low heat then (turn off the heat)
- stir until smooth then chill until the dough can be twisted
- take a little twisted dough in the shape of a long, sharp left and right end
- boil the dough with water with a little oil, until it floats, chill
- then fry with oil that is not too hot
- sprinkle with chili powder, stir well, serve
