CARA MEMBUAT
Seasoning Gourami :
(1) Coat the carp with lemon juice and let sit for 10 minutes
(2) After letting it sit, wash the carp, then fillet the carp and cut the carp meat into small pieces
(3) Mix until the pieces of carp meat are evenly distributed with ground pepper and salt
(4) Prepare a container then mix the tapioca flour with the powdered broth
(5) Coat all parts of the carp body with flour until smooth and set aside first
(6) Prepare a container containing the carp fillet then add flour and mix well the carp fillet and flour. set aside first
Making salad dressing :
(1) Finely grind the cayenne pepper, salt, and shrimp paste
(2) Enter the Red Bull and puree
(3) Add fried peanuts and puree according to taste
(4) Pour in the tamarind water and then grind the rujak seasoning back in
Frying Gurame :
(1) Coat all parts of the carp body evenly with egg. Coat the carp body again with flour then set aside
(2) Put the carp fillets one by one into the egg container and then put them back into the flour. Do it on all carp fillets
(3) Heat mamaco platinum in a frying pan
(4) Fry the carp fillet and carp body until cooked
Presentation :
(1) Prepare a serving plate and place the carp body on the plate
(2) Place the carp fillet on top of the carp
(3) Mix the fruits with the rujak seasoning then pour the fruit salad over the carp
(4) Serving of Rujak Spice Gourami for loved ones
