7 Chicken Eggs

3 cloves of garlic - finely chopped

1 stalk scallion - cut into small pieces

75 gram Peeled Shrimp - Coarsely Chopped

150 grams of crab meat

Ingredient C (Sauce)

2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped

25 gram Onion - Chopped

200 ml Water

5 tbsp Tomato Sauce

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Mushroom Broth

1 tsp Cooking Vinegar

Solution of cornstarch and enough water

50 grams Carrots - Cut into long sticks

50 grams of Peas

1 stalk of scallion - cut into long strips

CARA MEMBUAT

EGG COOKING PROCESS

(1) Mix all Ingredients A (Cooking Eggs) then beat until foamy.

(2) Enter Ingredients B (Seafood) then beat again until all ingredients are well mixed.

(3) Prepare a frying pan, then heat the Mamaco Platinum sufficiently.

(4) Pour in the egg mixture then fry until both sides are perfectly cooked. Drain and set aside the cooked eggs first.

SAUCE-MAKING PROCESS

(1) Prepare a frying pan, then heat up enough Mamaco Platinum for frying.

(2) Saute until wilted Garlic and Onion from sauce ingredients.

(3) Pour in the water and add the tomato sauce, stir until all the ingredients are mixed.

(4) Add the Sugar, Salt, and Mushroom Broth then stir briefly.

(5) Add carrots then stir until all ingredients are mixed and wait for it to boil.

(6) Add Cooking Vinegar, add Peas, and pour in the Maizena and Water solution then stir until the sauce boils.

(7) Add the scallion and stir until the sauce thickens.

FINISHING PROCESS

(1) Prepare a serving plate, then place the Omelet Fried Egg on a serving plate.

(2) Drizzle eggs with Fuyunghai Sauce

(3) Fuyunghai Seafood is ready to serve
