CARA MEMBUAT
Getting started :
(1) Cut the meat as desired
(2) Grind the balado seasoning
How To Make :
(1) Puree the minced garlic and coriander with minced garlic and coriander.
(2) Add tamarind water and boil until the meat is tender.
Saute the mashed balado spices until fragrant. Add a little water then add salt and brown sugar. Mix all ingredients until evenly distributed.
(3) Heat Mamaco Platinum then fry the empal.
(4) Prepare a serving plate, place the cooked empal on a serving plate, then pour the top of the empal with the sambal balado.
