CARA MEMBUAT
- Saute the shallots and garlic using mamaco platinum until fragrant then add the chicken. scrambled ingredients.
- Add pepper powder, salt, stock powder, chili powder and chili sauce, stir the mixture until smooth.
- Finally pour in the chicken stock, cook the mixture by stirring until the water reduces.
Leather Material:
- 3 sdm Mamaco Platinum
- 500 ml Milk (mixed with a little water)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Broth Powder
- 300 grams of Wheat Flour
How to cook :
- Cook milk, salt, chili powder, stock powder and mamaco platinum over low heat. Stir the ingredients until evenly mixed.
- Add the flour, stir the mixture again. Turn off the heat then knead the dough until it is smooth.
Finishing :
- Divide the skin mixture into pieces weighing 40 to 50 grams each
- Flatten the skin dough, fill it with spread cheese and chicken mixture, then wrap the filling by tightly covering the skin dough.
- Dip the dough in flour water, then roll in bread flour
- Heat Mamaco Platinum, fry the dumpling mixture until cooked.
