CARA MEMBUAT
THE PROCESS OF MAKING DABU-DABU Sambal
(1) Cut Green Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Chili Peppers, and Shallots.
(2) Mix the ingredients that have been cut into small pieces in 1 container, then add the Salt, Mushroom Broth, Sugar, stir until all the ingredients are well blended.
(3) Add lemon water and 50 ml of heated Mamaco Platinum. Mix all ingredients again until well blended.
(4) Set aside the Dabu-Dabu Sambal first.
CRISPY DORI MAKING PROCESS
(1) Prepare Ladang Lima Multipurpose Seasoned Flour.
(2) Pour the Multipurpose Seasoned Flour in 1 container then pour 2 tsp Mineral Water, mix well until the ingredients become wet ingredients.
(3) Prepare 1 container and pour the Multipurpose Seasoned Flour.
(4) Cut the Dori lengthwise, then add the Dori pieces one by one to the dry flour.
(5) Enter the Dori that has been mixed with dry flour, then put it in a container of wet ingredients.
(6) Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
(7) Heat enough Mamaco Platinum then fry the Dori until cooked.
(8) Prepare a serving plate, then pour the Dori and pour the Dabu Dabu Sambal over the Dori.
(9) Serve Dori Crispy Sambal Dabu Dabu for loved ones.
