CARA MEMBUAT
Mix powdered milk, granulated sugar, vanilla powder, and yeast in a bowl. Stir well so that the dry ingredients mix well.
Add the flour to the bowl containing the dry ingredients mixture earlier. Stir until well mixed.
Add mashed potatoes to the mixture. Then, add salt eggs and Mamaco coconut oil to taste. Knead the dough well into an elastic and smooth dough.
Cover the dough with a clean cloth or plastic wrap. Let the dough rest for about 40-50 minutes or until the dough has doubled in size.
After the dough has risen, roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is about 1 cm thick. Use a donut mold to cut the dough into donut shapes. or manual form by hand.
Place the cut donuts on a baking sheet that has been lightly greased with oil. Let the donuts rise again for about 15-20 minutes.
Heat the Mamaco coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the donuts until golden on both sides. Make sure the oil is not too hot so that the donuts cook evenly and don't burn.
Remove the donuts from the cooking oil and drain on oil paper or paper towels to remove excess oil. If you use Mamaco coconut oil, the results of the fried food are not greasy and drier, so the food is healthier.
