CARA MEMBUAT
(1) Coat the squid with lemon juice and let it rest for 30 minutes.
(2) Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
(3) Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl.
(4) Put the squid into the wet ingredients, remove the squid from the wet ingredients then add the squid to the dry ingredients.
(5) Heat enough Mamaco Platinum then fry the squid.
(6) Heat enough Mamaco Platinum, saute garlic until fragrant.
(7) Enter the salted egg yolk that has been finely mashed then stir-fry again until well blended.
(8) Enter the sliced red chili, stir-fry until smooth then add enough water little by little by stirring slowly. Wait until it boils.
(9) Add sugar and chicken stock powder then stir until well blended.
(10) Add the oyster sauce and scallion then stir again until evenly mixed.
(11) Add the fried squid and mix the squid with the squid sauce. Wait until the squid sauce is completely absorbed into the squid.
