Matcha Steamed Brownies

BAHAN

  • 175 grams Mamaco Crystal
  • 125 grams of Low Protein Wheat Flour
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 50 grams of cocoa powder
  • 225 grams of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ovalet
  • 6 Eggs

CARA MEMBUAT

Team dark chocolate and mamaco crystal over low heat, then let the dark chocolate and mamaco crystal melt.

Mix eggs, ovalette, sugar, on high speed for about 10 minutes until fluffy.

Add flour and cocoa powder then stir gently with a mixer until evenly distributed.

Enter the melted chocolate and mamaco crystal mixture then stir with a spatula until evenly distributed.

Prepare a baking sheet, line the inside of the pan with parchment paper then grease the pan with mamaco crystal.

Pour the mixture into the pan and then steam the dough for about 30 minutes.

Refrigerate the cooked steamed brownies for about 30 minutes.

Remove the steamed brownies from the pan and place them on a serving plate.

Drizzle steamed brownies with greentea chocolate (macha) and add toppings according to your creations.
