Hongkong Sponge

BAHAN

Material A:

  • 8 Egg Yolks
  • 70 grams of Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baker
  • 2 tablespoons SKM

Material B :

  • 8 Egg Whites
  • 80 grams of Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Material C:

  • 100 grams of Low Protein Wheat Flour
  • 20 grams of Cornstarch
  • 1 sdt Baking Powder
  • 100 ml Mamaco Platinum
  • 60 grams of Cheddar Cheese

Material A:

  • 8 Egg Yolks
  • 70 grams of Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baker
  • 2 tablespoons SKM

Material B :

  • 8 Egg Whites
  • 80 grams of Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Material C:

  • 100 grams of Low Protein Wheat Flour
  • 20 grams of Cornstarch
  • 1 sdt Baking Powder
  • 100 ml Mamaco Platinum
  • 60 grams of Cheddar Cheese

CARA MEMBUAT

  • Mixer Material A until soft peaks, set aside first
  • Mixer Material B until soft peaks, set aside first
  • Mix Ingredients A & B and Mixer until evenly mixed
  • Add flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Then mix the dough again
  • Add the platinum mamaco and cheddar cheese and mix the mixture again until it is evenly mixed
  • Prepare a cup then pour the mixture into each cupuntil fills 1/3 cup
  • Add grated cheddar cheese and chocolate chips as a sponge topping
  • Finally, the sponge oven until cooked
