BAHAN

  • 750 gr beef tongue, boiled tender, cut into pieces

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon English soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • salt, sugar, stock powder, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolve with water

Complementary: boiled carrots, boiled chickpeas, French fries

CARA MEMBUAT
