Steamed Bapia

BAHAN

  • 150 Gram Mamaco Crystal
  • 150 Grams of Low Protein Flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp Ovalet
  • 150 Grams of Refined Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 80 Grams of Liquid Milk
  • Chocolate jam
  • Cheese Jam
  • Pandan Paste
  • 150 Gram Mamaco Crystal
  • 150 Grams of Low Protein Flour

  • 1 tsp Ovalet
  • 150 Grams of Refined Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 80 Grams of Liquid Milk
  • Chocolate jam
  • Cheese Jam
  • Pandan Paste

CARA MEMBUAT

Preparation : - Heat Mamaco Crystal until it melts

Mix eggs, sugar and ovalette until they turn white and thick, using high speed.

Add the flour and mix again until combined.

Add salt, vanilla powder and pour the melted mamaco crystal and liquid milk. Then mix again until completely mixed.

Pour some of the dough into a separate container and add the pandan paste then stir with a spatula until the dough turns green.

Grease the mold with mamaco crystal.

Pour the dough into the mold as a bottom layer.

Steam the bottom of the dough for about 3 minutes.

Put the chocolate or cheese filling on top of the bottom dough then cover again with the dough until the mold is completely filled.

Steam again for 10 minutes.

Take out the cooked Steamed Bapia and then serve.
