CARA MEMBUAT
How to make:
(1) Coat the cleaned milkfish with lime, salt, and ground pepper then let it rest for a while
(2) Grind the seasoning ingredients then set aside
(3) Heat Mamaco Platinum, fry the milkfish until it turns golden brown. Set aside the fried milkfish first
(4) Heat enough Mamaco Platinum then stir-fry the spices until they smell good
(5) Enter the vegetable ingredients and stir fry for a while, don't forget to add water
(6) Enter the spices, mix well, then add the fried milkfish, wait until the water shrinks, taste correction
(7) Remove the Yellow Pickled Milkfish and serve
