CARA MEMBUAT
- Marinate the chicken with salt and let sit for 15 minutes. Then fry the chicken until cooked. Drain and set the chicken aside first
- Saute the garlic until fragrant, then add the ginger and stir-fry briefly.
- Next add the red chilies, green chilies and chicken. Saute until the ingredients are mixed evenly.
- Add pepper, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, mushroom stock, salt, water, lemon juice and onions then stir until the sauce thickens
- Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds and stir again until cooked.
