Sesame Chicken with Lemon Sauce

BAHAN

  • Mamaco Platinum to taste
  • Chicken 500 grams (diced)
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • 5 Red Chilies (thin oval slices)
  • 5 Green Chilies (thin oval slices)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 segment of ginger (bruised)
  • Pepper Powder 1 tsp
  • Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sweet Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Mushroom Broth 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Enough water
  • Sesame to taste
  • Mamaco Platinum to taste
  • Chicken 500 grams (diced)

CARA MEMBUAT

  • Marinate the chicken with salt and let sit for 15 minutes. Then fry the chicken until cooked. Drain and set the chicken aside first
  • Saute the garlic until fragrant, then add the ginger and stir-fry briefly.
  • Next add the red chilies, green chilies and chicken. Saute until the ingredients are mixed evenly.
  • Add pepper, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, mushroom stock, salt, water, lemon juice and onions then stir until the sauce thickens
  • Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds and stir again until cooked.
