CARA MEMBUAT
How to make chili:
- Fry red chilies, bird's eye chilies, shallots, tomatoes until wilted, remove and cool
- Blend the sambal ingredients and oil and add a little water and add salt. Cook until done
- fragrant sauce and bubbling set aside
How to make Pop Chicken:
- Marinate the chicken with lime juice, leave for 10-15 minutes
- Put it in a pressure cooker. Coconut water, finely chopped garlic, ginger, bay leaves, lemongrass, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir to mix well.
- Add the chicken and cook until cooked for about 30 minutes
- Heat the Mamaco Platinum Oil (enough until warm, don't overheat) Fry the chicken for a while while sprinkling it with oil, remove and drain.
- Serve pop chicken with chili sauce and fresh vegetables.
