CARA MEMBUAT
Preparation :
(1) Finely ground Garlic, Candlenut, Lemongrass, and Ginger
(2) Make a Bond out of Pandan Leaves
(3) Cut the Chicken into pieces
Cooking Process :
(1) Prepare the Chicken, then pour in the finely ground spices, mix well until all parts of the meat are exposed to the seasoning.
(2) Pour in the Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Thick Coconut Milk, Salt, 1 tbsp Mamaco Platinum, and Oyster Sauce, stir until all ingredients are well blended.
(3) Take the pandan leaf bundle, then put the chicken mixture into the pandan.
(4) Heat the Mamaco Platinum to taste, then fry the Pandan Chicken until cooked. Set aside the Pandan Chicken first
(5) Prepare the sauce, then add all the sauce ingredients. Stir until the sauce ingredients are well blended and completely dissolved.
(6) Prepare a serving plate, serve Pandan Chicken complete with sauce.
