CARA MEMBUAT
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter/butter in a pan, then sauté the onions, garlic
- Stir-fry ground chicken until cooked, add sausage and mushrooms, stir well, set aside
- Mix in a bowl: 2 beaten eggs, rice, parmesan cheese, parsley leaves, white, black pepper
- Stir until smooth, then cover with plastic wrap, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Take a spoonful of dough, flatten it, place the quick melt/cheddar cheese in the middle of the dough, then make a round shape
- Dip into flour, eggs, breadcrumbs
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown
- Serve
