Rice Ball Filled with Mushroom Chicken

BAHAN

  • 3 butir telur
  • 2 ½ cup beras / nasi sudah jadi
  • 3 sosis potong dadu kecil
  • 4 sdm Mamaco platinum
  • ⅔ cup keju parmesan
  • ½ bawang bombay
  • 100 gr ayam cincang
  • 50 gr wortel iris dadu kecil
  • 20 gr jamur kuping rendam iris tipis
  • 2 siung bawang putih (cincang halus)
  • 2 sdt daun parsley segar (cincang kasar)
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • ½ sdt kaldu jamur
  • 1 sdt lada hitam
  • Bahan pelapis:
  • 1 cup tepung terigu
  • 2 telur kocok
  • 1 cup tepung roti
  • 3 butir telur
  • 2 ½ cup beras / nasi sudah jadi
  • 3 sosis potong dadu kecil
  • 4 sdm Mamaco platinum
  • ⅔ cup keju parmesan
  • ½ bawang bombay
  • 100 gr ayam cincang
  • 50 gr wortel iris dadu kecil
  • 20 gr jamur kuping rendam iris tipis
  • 2 siung bawang putih (cincang halus)
  • 2 sdt daun parsley segar (cincang kasar)
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • ½ sdt kaldu jamur
  • 1 sdt lada hitam
  • Bahan pelapis:
  • 1 cup tepung terigu
  • 2 telur kocok
  • 1 cup tepung roti

CARA MEMBUAT

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter/butter in a pan, then sauté the onions, garlic
  2. Stir-fry ground chicken until cooked, add sausage and mushrooms, stir well, set aside
  3. Mix in a bowl: 2 beaten eggs, rice, parmesan cheese, parsley leaves, white, black pepper
  4. Stir until smooth, then cover with plastic wrap, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  5. Take a spoonful of dough, flatten it, place the quick melt/cheddar cheese in the middle of the dough, then make a round shape
  6. Dip into flour, eggs, breadcrumbs
  7. Fry in hot oil until golden brown
  8. Serve
