The surge in market demand for cocoa oil as a raw material for making food and beauty products has certainly overwhelmed producers. Included in the same species, coconut oil and palm oil have similar qualities and benefits. The two oils were combined and then synthetically engineered to prove that the mixture of the two oils had almost the same content as cocoa oil.

Synthetic engineering is done by equating the measuring range and melting point between a mixture of palm oil and coconut oil with cocoa oil. The amazing thing that was obtained after the synthetic engineering was carried out was that the combination of coconut oil and palm oil had the same measuring range and melting point as cocoa oil. This is certainly a good discovery, because in terms of function and texture the combination of the two oils has similarities with cocoa oil. In addition, the presence of triglyceride fatty acid components contained in each fat, further makes the two fat mixtures have identical benefits to cocoa oil.
