Consuming meat provides benefits to the body. Apart from beef, mutton, and chicken meat, the three types of meat have their own nutritional content which when entered into the body can provide good benefits for the body. Beef Meat which has an expensive price but can provide a delicious taste of this food has a variety of contents ranging from calories, fat, protein, calcium to several vitamins. In Indonesia, beef is found in various forms of dishes such as satay, tongseng, soup, rawon, krengseng, to a dish that is very popular in Indonesia and even abroad, namely rendang. Consuming beef can provide benefits to the body because in 100 grams of beef there are 250 calories (kilocalories) that can be burned by the body and become energy [1]. In addition, there are 15 grams of fat, 6 grams of saturated fat, and 1.1 grams of trans fat. The fat content can help us to protect the body to stay healthy and also prevent the body from chronic fatigue [2]. Consuming beef is also good for the blood in our body because in 100 grams it contains 2.6 milligrams of iron, 0.4 milligrams of vitamin B6, and also 1.6 micrograms of vitamin B12. Vitamin B6 functions to produce red blood cells and can also relieve symptoms of high blood pressure. While vitamin B12 functions to form red blood cells in the nervous system [3]. So what about iron? Iron is good for the blood system in the body because iron is the main component for the formation of hemoglobin. Iron can also help improve thinking skills, learning abilities, and can also improve memory abilities [4]. Beef also contains 26 grams of protein and 21 milligrams of magnesium in every 100 grams. This protein and magnesium will help maintain muscle health when consumed in the body. To strengthen bones and maintain bone health, beef is also supported by its calcium and vitamin D content. In 100 grams of beef there are 18 milligrams of calcium and 7 IU of vitamin D [5]. Goat Meat In contrast to beef which is more in demand by most people, goat meat has fewer fans. The lack of interest in goat meat is because many people have speculations or opinions that goat meat has the potential to increase blood pressure so that it can increase the level of risk of high blood pressure [6]. Basically, whether or not meat is consumed for the body is from the level of reasonableness of consumption and whether or not the method of processing the meat is appropriate. If the amount of goat meat consumed is still in reasonable numbers and the goat meat consumed is processed properly, the risk of high blood pressure can be avoided [7]. Behind the myth or speculation about goat meat that can cause high blood pressure, it turns out that goat meat has a lower cholesterol and saturated fat value than beef. Chicken If beef and mutton will be found in abundance at the time of Eid al-Adha, it is different from chicken meat which will be very easy to find anywhere. Similar to beef, chicken meat can also be processed into several menus that can arouse one's appetite. Starting from just fried to processed using complex spices, chicken meat can still provide a delicious taste. Then what about the nutritional content in chicken meat? Not inferior to beef or mutton, chicken meat is also rich in nutrients that are good for the body. In general, the nutritional and nutritional content of chicken is protein, carbohydrates, fat, cholesterol, vitamin A, vitamin B complex, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, and also minerals.
